*****  5 out of 5 stars

Most of my like-minded pessimists would agree that a book telling you how to do much more in less time is a joke. Right? The author realized people's need to have 5 more hours in the day and decided to monopolize on the sad, overworked hearts of the stressed out workforce by writing a book that promises to do the impossible. I mean, we work really hard as it is so we can't do any better. Amazingly, this book does just what it says it will. It gives 21 great ways to get more done in less time. The procrastination bit, well, that has a lot to do with will-power but he does give some tips on that too.

The self-help book focuses on how to maintain high work performance and maximum personal productivity by giving simple yet detailed methods for, well, being efficient. The ideas for efficiency and proper work ethics transcend your work life and can easily be applied to your personal life as well.

In his book, Eat That Frog, Brian Tracy outlines principles to practice daily until they are second nature – a part of one's personality. One you are able to create that efficient work flow, you should flow right on to your desired level of success.  It is an easy read. The audio version is available for those who would rather listen while driving. Either way, this book is a must-read.

A free resource is available to you from http://www.briantracy.com/. This may be a good way to determine if his style if good for you.

I know I said I'd read Man Vibes first but this book just popped up and I decided to read it. I am glad I did.
