Hey Fashion Rehab! They can buy it but they have put a limit on how many times they can rent it out. To me, that's basically renting. What do you think? I mean, we rent DVD's right? Maybe we should have to rent books too when we go to the library. Are we saying that movies are something and books aren't. OK... I feel a blog post coming on. lol. I didn't know that they can't buy an E-book. That's not cool at all.
